EXIT Realty Blaine Associates did something very very special this year. As many of you know Tom Blaine recently passed away after a long illness and Barbara is running the office with the capable assistance of Beverly Bower, the long time manager of the office.

This office is run in a business like and efficient way and the agents think of the office as a family. Blaine is a close family living and working together always striving to accomplish more not only for the office as a whole but for each and every agent lucky enough to work there. Well this year they did something special!

EXIT Realty Blaine Associates took home 4 of the top regional awards for production. The office was the top producing office intotal gross commissions earned. We all know how good that is! EXIT Blaine also won for the Total number of Transactions putting together and closing almost 400 transactions for the year 2011. No surprise is also the fact EXIT Blaine won for the most listings taken, every good manager knows the office with the most listings will most likely have the most sales and the most closings therefore the highest gross commissions! Listings rule!! Another production award was the most number of listings and Per Agent Production. The last regional production award won by EXIT Blaine and associates wasthe highest and most coveted award we give and that is for per agent production. Per agent production meansthe agents at EXIT Blaine were more productive on a per agent basis than any other office in EXIT Realty for the year 2011. Agent making a living is what that means!
